Sullivans Cove have selected two casks from their stocks, bottling both unflocked and unfiltered as limited releases.

The first, French Oak Tawny Single Cask TD0196, (47.7%) was aged in a 300-L French oak cask previously used to mature Australian tawny fortified wine; the second, American Oak Bourbon Single Cask TD0169 (47.6%), was similarly aged but in a 200-L American oak ex-bourbon cask.

Pick up both from their website, but note that purchases are strictly limited to only one bottle of each expression per customer.
